Automatic Overprint Control Scheme and Mathematic Model of Offset Press

Aiming at the current situation that most domestic offset press's overprint course was operated manually,an automatic overprint control scheme was presented.In order to adjusting plate electrization,some servo-motors replacing mechanism as actuator were installed in the gap of the plate cylinder.The registration deviation detected by photoelectric detection system was transmitted to the servo amplifier,so a close loop control system was constituted.Base on this system,the mathematical model of the system was derived.The mathematical model can offer a reliable theoretical basis for designing and realizing actual control system.
