Evaluation of information literacy capability based on RBF

On the basis of existing research,this paper builds the simple and clear evaluation index system of information literacy competency including two aspects(information literacy core ability and information literacy peripheral ability).And then,this paper proposes an information literacy evaluation model based on RBF(Radial Basis Function)neural network.In the end,this paper takes some college student for example to conduct the instance analysis and achieves satisfactory results.
