Design of Emergency Preplan Expression and Optimization Method Based on Frame and Case-based Reasoning

The structured technology of frame expression can express static preplan.The structure of preplan library and index were designed by using relation model.At the same time,case-based reasoning method and nearest neighbor method were unified,and the similarity of emergent events and preplan was calculated,therefore optimal similarity search was achieved.
