Design and implementation of IDL to WSDL compiler

The combination of existing middleware technologies such as CORBA and the emerging Web Services is necessary to implement new, value-added services. One key issue to be solved urgently is how to transform IDL of CORBA object to WSDL of Web Services automatically and efficiently . We put forward the design and implementation of a compiler, mapping IDL language to WSDL language. Furthermore, we implemented this compiler in the Web Services running environment developed by ourselves.
