Design and Implement of Wide Band Digital T/R Module

A new design scheme and technique of L band wide band digital T/R module is presented in this paper.It use DDWS and quadrature modulate technology to generate wide band radar transmitting signal,use Gigabit fiber to transmit data between radar center and T/R module,all control signal is generated by FPGA.The parameter of the wide band digital T/R module is 130 0 MHz center frequency and 100 MHz bandwidth.
