The Study of the Editing Job of College Journals

The special features of the editing job of the college journals, requires the editors of the journal should have very large knowlege and be also good at his/her major.The editor should be also initiative, being aimed at some unscientific phenomenons in college journals. We should make plans in four parts to deal with the problems.
