Comparison of three reticulocyte′s enumericative methods

[Objective] To draw comparsions in three reticulocyte′s enumericative methods. [Methods] Glass pieces method, tube method and instrument method. [Results] It is very easy that Glass pieces method makes water in hybrid blood evaporate and make the wasting time of dyeing shorter. In consequence, the result of the experiment can be lower. Tube method is better in repeatability. In the essential time, it can also extract specimen from hybrid blood and again spread over the glass. Instrument method can finish the functions of automatic dyeing, analyzing and printing distributed map of Reticulocyte in all phrases. Besides mentioned above, it can also measure much more cells and avoid some subjective factors. Above all, the results of the method is very accurate.
