On misunderstood dilemma reasoning caused by half-fee litigation

There are a lot of different views in analyzing the related reasoning in half-fee litigation from the standpoint of logic, and many premises are questionable.Someone thinks that it breaks the law of identity, someone thinks that it breaks the law of contradiction, and someone also thinks that it is a logical paradox with no false in logic.Whether someone considers it as a sophistry or not, most people think that its reasoning has no question in formal, and is a formal dilemma reasoning. On the view of the form of inference, this paper analyzes the casuistic nature of Hypothetical inference, points out that the main problem is not the breaking of the law of identity or the breaking of the law of contradiction, but the implementation of replacing of non-equivalence proposition. So it is a false inference in form.
