Practice and Research of Modules and Methods of Project Management Information Building

In this article, the author concludes current situations, features and existing problems of development and application of project management information systems of Chinese construction industry, and provides modules, methods and means to develop a management information system which will meet international conventions and also be proper for features of project information management of Chinese construction industry. The author also states a 3 key factors design idea, flow, role and action, of software design methods of a project management information system.
