It has been widely recognized that rumors can be killed by making public.In order to decrease rumors and reduce the spreading scope in an organization,the most significant way is to offer each member their most concerned and relevant information as thoroughly as possible,which can prevent ambiguity and eliminate the mysterious sense of the issue in question.The press spokesman system can provide a short cut to solve the problem,and especially plays an important role in responding to emergencies.
