Status Quo of Rice Related Gene Expression Data in GEO

Rice gene expression data provide a basis for rice gene regulation research.The GEO(Gene Expression Omnibus) database has accumulated a large amount of rice gene expression data.But there are no thorough statistics for this data.Therefore,the rice related data including GPL,GSM and GSE in the GEO database were analyzed,and the present study dynamics and the developmental trends were summarized,aiming to provide a guide for further research.
