(t,n) Threshold Group Signature Scheme with Freedom of Decision

A new type(t,n) threshold group signature scheme with the security of the discrete logarithm and one-way Hash was proposed based on block secret sharing scheme.The feature was that any t or more group members coming from all kinds of group organizations could cooperate to generate a valid group signature,a valid group signature couldn't conspire to forge when one or more organizations didn't agree to do so.But once a valid group signature was formed,it could stand for the whole group and assured that all members could efficiently cooperate.
