Comparison between MGEKF and MVEKF for Single Station Passive Location

The Modified Gain EKF(MGEKF)and Modified co Variance EKF,MVEKF algorithms for passive localization of maneuvering target by single station are discussed.Based on the Direction of Arrival(DOA) and its changing rate of the emitter,passive localization by single station is practicable,and also the localization of maneuvering target is practicable with the MGEKF and MVEKF algorithms.With the help of computer simulation,the method is proved to be correct and effective.
