Generating Multiqubit Entangled State by Cavity QED

We propose a scheme to generate multiqubit entangled state by circular polarized bimodal cavities.Our scheme is based on one atom interacting with multipartite cavities or multipartite atoms interacting with one cavity resonantly,the process is simply,and the interaction time is short,the decoherence can be suppressed effectively,so it is feasible in experiment.
