Research on the Approach to the Building of Archivist Quality Model Based on the "Iceberg Model"

Atpresent,the archivist quality theory research has three major deficiencies,which are the reason for the lack of scientificand operational nature in the archivist′s selection and cultivation Thearchivist quality model based on the Iceberg Model can solve thisproblem.The approach is to arouse the attention to it on the part of all thepeople in the organization from the perspective of value and to make standards for excellent archivistquality from the perspective of operation by selecting the criterion sample andcollecting and collate samples to enrich hypothesis of archivist iceberg qualitymodel and validate and complement the model.
