The Design of Data-acquired Motor System in High-speed Magnetic Bearing based on USB Bus

In order to solve the problem about the real-time inspection and control of the bearing's position in high-speed magnetic bearing,the position data about bearing should be collected in high speed;so the conventional data-acquired system based on RS232 can not meet this demand,we make use of the characteristic of high speed,reliability,PnP of USB bus and the ISP/IAP design method of STC MCU to design this data-acquired system based on STC89C52 and PDIUSBD12,and combining the high operation speed of PC,the position of bearing is well inspected and controlled by means of acquired data using this system.
