A Study on Field Test of Switching Surge Induction-withstand-voltage for Distributed Transformer

Blind spot exists in insulation monitoring of distributed transformer because of limited conditions such as field power cut.The paper deals with field test method with switching surge induction-withstand-voltage,which can be completed with battery energy.It can also check out insulating defects in transformer layer-to-layer and turn-to-turn and main insulation defects,which covers and even expands traditional function of power frequency withstand-voltage test.As a result,it provides a technical support for field insulation test,and it carries significance in reducing the rates of transformer unexpected accidents.
