Tendency of Geological Survey Technology Development and Co-keyword Clustering Analysis

By means of keyword frequency and co-keyword clustering analysis, this paper analyzes the documents of geological surveying science and technology issued in the periodicals during 1993 to 2008 collected by China Geological Abstract Database, and summarizes the research focus and subject structure of China geological survey technology since 2001:greater importance has been attached to geological survey science and technology in recent years, and universities and institutions of national and local public geological survey have been playing an most important role in the research and innovations; technological development and application in geological survey science and technology are becoming the principal field, including the infomatization of main procedures of geological survey and surveying technology of hydrogeology, engineering geology, environmental geology, which, according to co-keyword clustering, can be divided into seven research fields.
