Research on information for emergency management of route traffic

Aiming at the information characteristics of the information for emergency management of urban route traffic and its information shared need,the paper indicates the ontology theory into the standardization of the emergency information,established the ontology knowledge expression models according to the classification stages for emergency treatment process and business objectives,builds the standardized regulation frame,identifies the design rules for information and business logics,and realizes the information integrity's support for the emergency decision.
