Information Cycle and Designing an Automatic Water Quality Monitoring Network

This paper introduces a new method for executing monitoring feedback loop, pinpointing establishment of a high efficient water quality monitoring system. With the feedback loop setting up, the monitoring scheme can be optimized and more information needed is acquired. Information transferring among the different environmental management divisions and information utilization are described.
