SAFETY RISK ASSESSMENT OF DAM AGAINST TERRORIST ATTACKS BY AHP

Based on the distribution and function characteristics of the reservoir dams in our country,the overview of dams,destructive ways of terrorist attack,the consequences of dam break were used as factors to evaluation attacked dam safety risk grade.Multi-criteria decision of analytic hierarchy process was used for dam in safety risk assessment,the weight value sorting of each index which influenced dam terrorist attack was obtained,and a quantitative calculation formula for against terrorism safety risk assessment was provided.Finally,the method's feasibility was discussed by an engineering example of Shibianyu reservoir dam.
