A High Stability LC-oscillator for Inductive Sensors Based on Frequency Modulation

A high stability LC-oscillator with a zero temperature coefficient field effect transistor(FET) as its active part is presented.It is demonstrated theorectically and experimentally that this kind of oscillators possesses higher frequency stability than those with ordinary transistors as their active parts.
