Study on Data Storage for Acoustic Logging while Drilling

In the acoustic Logging While Drilling(LWD),because of mass survey data and low telemetry rate,high capacity FLASH memory is needed for the storage of acoustic survey data.According to the requirement of acoustic LWD data storage,NAND FLASH is used as data memory.NAND FLASH interface circuit is designed.Full page storage mode is applied,and storage flow is presented,data storage of acoustic LWD was realized.
