Based on the Generalized Virtual Economy under the Aircraft Life Cycle Cost Estimation Study

On the basis of the traditional estimation methods, the paper presented a life cycle cost estimation model of the aircraft based on the generalized virtual economy using partial least squares regression method. It establishes an aircraft airframe fee model through Partial Least-Regression analysis and Ordinary Least-Regression analysis from the number of different dimensions, such as: a number of design drawings A4,stand-alonetrial-hours,material cost,tooling,working hoursand the flight test ups and downs and so on.The examples show that, compared with traditional aircraft life cycle cost estimation methods, life cycle cost estimation model of the aircraft based on the generalized virtual economy in aircraft price forecasting has higher accuracy and better reflect the relationship between the purchase price and performance parameters.
