TSFBCC Model Based on Video Transmission of IP Network

TSFBCC Model is proposed in order to guarantee the real time and synchronization of video transmission and a thorough study is made on the pivotal control technique of real time and synchronism. Resource reservation in the process of video transmission is realized and the problem of winSock2.2 supporting QoS is solved.
