An Experimental Machine for Precisive Air blowing Drilling of Hybrid Rice

An air blowing drilling machine was made by using elliptal cone cell to meet the need of 2 grains per cave in soft plate seeding and field seeding of hybrid rice.A mathematical model on the index (S 2) and the flowing rate of air current and the rotation speed of the seed wheel was obtained through double normal rotary regressive experiments.Theoretical analyses and sowing tests show that the effects of drilling Weiyou64 are good by using the elliptical cone cell with the air current of 7 82×10 -4 m 3/s and the rotation speed of 72 r/min.That proved that superiority of the elliptical cone cell in hybrid rice drilling.
