Corporate Network Resources and Social Liability

We define corporate social liability as the set of social network resources,tangible or virtual,that constrain the behavior of actors,impeding their action and attainment of goals.This paper explores three dimensionalities of component of corporate social liability.That is the cost of obtaining network resources,the risk of selective social network and the dark side of social network.In last,we argue that in order to create organizational sustained competitive advantages,we must be management social network resources as the contingent view.
