Automatic reading method of high-precision meter based on digital image processing

The method of automatic reading for high-precision pointer meter by means of image-processing technology is put forward,in which the key technology is to measure the parallax and transform coordinates from the coordinates system of meter image into the coordinates system of meter reading tracking.Ridgelet transformation is used to extract beelines of meter imaging,and image processing techniques is used as control signal to control the computer numerical control system.The experiment shows that the absolute error of the reading approach is zero,which is applicable to automatic tracking reading of high-precision meter very well.
