Biorthogonal Wavelets Fractional Filter

The definition of biorthogonal wavelets fractional filter is given and the method of constructing biorthogonal wavelets is presented by the fractional filter. This method includes the method of the filter of B spline wavelet which is a special case of the fractional filter. The examples are given.
