Knowledge Unit Model for Emergency Management of Unconventional Incident

To solve the problem of lacking sophisticated knowledge representation and inference model in emergency management field,a kind of knowledge unit model is constructed from the primitive angle of emergency management system based on ontology.This knowledge unit model could be used to reveal the movement behavior and contact mechanism of individual elements in emergency management system and could make it possible to fuse multi-field and multi-discipline knowledge.Through giving a kind of recessive description method of relations between attributes of knowledge units,the incompleteness of knowledge inference is conquered.So,the goal of comprehensive knowledge support to emergency management of unconventional incidents could be realized by means of the proposed knowledge unit model.In the end of the paper,an example is analyzed to prove the efficiency of the knowledge unit model.
