The Coifman condition and the balancing of a multi-wavelet

The p-order Coifman condition of a multi-wavelet was defined by generating the condition of a scalar wavelet.It proved that the Coifman condition of the multi-wavelet of multiplicity 2 is equivalent to the discrete Coifman condition of filters.The conclusion showed that if a multi-scaling function has approximation order p and simultaneously satisfies the p-order Coifman condition,the multi-wavelet system has balancing order p.
