The Application of LATEX in Typesetting of Scientific Periodicals

LATEX is powerful and general-used contributing-typesetting software,suitable for edition and production of scientific articles and books,and especially for layouts of various notations and formulas.This paper mainly introduces advantages of LATEX in typesetting of mathematic formulas,compares it with the traditional typesetting soft wares of WORD,WPS and others in advantages and disadvantages in format and structure,and manages to explain the advantages of LATEX in typesetting of scientific periodicals.
