Deriving Information from Judgment Matrix and Regulating It According as Consistent Rule

In this paper, an applying method of deriving information from a judgment matrix and regulating it according as consistent rule is discussed. It is the main idea that we can structure n consistent matrixes by the elements arranged in rows of the judgment matrix(n×n), and distinguish the exact information of the primary matrix frm the consistent matrixes, and then bring forward a means to regulating the primary matrix according as consistent rule. In the end, the method is explained with an example.
