Design and Implementation of Streaming Media Creating SystemBased on MPEG-4 Technology

Based on researching of Streaming Media and MPEG-4 technology,this paper describes the structure of a Streaming Media Creating System (SMCS),and it is implemented by using Modularization and Multi-thread. Finally, the paper puts forward a visual platform of SMCS. Experiment results indicate that the performance of the Streaming Media System is improved effectively.
