Optimization of Spare Based on Marginal Effect Analysis

In order to solve problems of how to determine the number of spares and how to distribute them in multi-echelon support stations,a method of system availability analysis based on the marginal effect is given. This method is used to the model of spare optimization,and an initial spare support scheme is gained through computation. This scheme includes spares number and its distribution solutions,which can make system availability maximum under a certain extent of cost,or spend the lowest when system availability reaches a certain degree.
