Design a Class of Interpolating Wavelets Frame by Parameterization

This paper begins with characterization of minimum-energy frames,and designs 2-band tight wavelet frames of odd length with partial interpolation by parameterization.Each of the corresponding filters is symmetric (anti-symmetric) and the interpolation is satisfied by one low-pass filter and one high-pass filter.
