With the concepts of the model of one dimensional well,the energy level and the Coulomb excluive force, we discuss the relation of the distribution of the density of higher energy level and the carvature of the surface. We also discuss the theory of point discharge of current balanced condutor,at last we get б＝Ｃρ３.
