With the deepening research on fire information technology and the increasingly mature application of ontology in computers,antifical intelligence system is promoted.On the basis of fire emergency decision-making process,the paper tries the global data development analysis model designed into EMS,designs cooperation model of EMS,analyzes the effetiveness of various decisionmaking results,and hels the decision-makers obtain reasonable decision in short time.
