Azimuth information based on the use of the frequency information of the observation of the target can be completed in the conditions of the boats are not motorized, under normal circumstances, the underwater target radiated noise there is more than one line spectrum frequency, based on a single array or array measuredgoal orientation and multi-line spectrum frequency information to establish the measurement equation for solving this non-linear problem, the use of an improved maximum likelihood estimation method to avoid larger residuals convergence shortcomings, the completion of the movement of the targetparameter estimation.Monte Carlo simulation shows that this algorithm than orientation-a single frequency algorithm converges faster and higher precision, better stability.Line spectra are generally in the low frequency band and high signal-to-noise ratio, the algorithm can be applied to long-distance underwater passive target motion parameter estimation.
