Research and Realization of Reliability Testing System of Pneumatic Cylinder

In the most widely used machine of pneumatic applications,the reliability of cylinder is the precondition of the security of the whole system.By the study of the theoretic reliability testing of cylinder,this paper design and implement a reliability testing system of the cylinder based on SMC's CJ2B10-20 cylinder.The uninterrupted experiment for up to one year and the testing data obtained indicate that the reliability testing system of cylinder runs stably,collects,stores and analyzes data easily.This system satisfies the needs of the reliability testing of cylinder.
