Design and Implementation of a Common Automatic Test System

To improve universality of Automatic Test System (ATS),this paper introduces three-layer client/server (C/S) architecture into the design of ATS and puts forward a method of decoupling software and hardware through mapping data. It made a good effect in practice,greatly enhanced the universality,Adaptability and Maintainability of ATS.
