Monte-Carlo Simulation and Its Function on Reliability Evaluation of CNC Machine Tools

The role of Monte-Carlo simulation in reliability evaluation of k/n(G) voting system of CNC machine tools was introduced.Bayes MC,Bayes bootstrap and double Bayes MC methods were applied to evaluate the reliability of the CNC machine tool and its sub-systems.General steps of Bayes reliability evaluation of voting system were given.The simulation results indicate that the method is applicable all situations of CNC machine tool and its sub-systems and the evaluation results are genuine and believable.
