With the development of information technology,the data information content is more larger.In order to storage these data messages,the more memory space is needed,moreover it takes more time to mange the information.It is more and more important to save space and enhance the processing efficiency that carrying on the compression to data.It is introduced some representive data compression approaches and has carried on the comparative analysis to its application.
