The Study on Network Copyright Protection

In the internet environment,the expression of traditional work has changed,so has the form of copyright infringement.Based on that,whether or not the main body in the network environment should undertake the responsibility and on which condition to undertake it,should be reconsidered.The remedy for the improvement of copyright protection in network environment in our country is as follows: to perfect copyright collective management,to establish statutory license system on internet work and to set up and perfect technical protection measures.
