Study of knowledge compensation in requirements elicitation activities based on cost-benefit analysis
Wei Liu · Journal of systems engineering · 2012
Software requirement exploitation is based on knowledge sharing between users and software engineers. Knowledge compensation can increase the domain knowledge sharing of users.A cost-benefit model is built to investigate the effort-paying decisions of software engineers and users. And a knowledge compensation policy based on the value-estimation is obtained by using game theory. The results indicate that the appropriate knowledge compensation can increase the efficiency of requirements elicitation activities and make the requirements analysis more accurate.
