Resource and environmental information is a major object that GIS manages, processes ,analyzes and exchanges, therefore , the standardization of resource and environmental information plays an important role in GIS theoretical study, application software development,and information capture and application.Today's standardization which adopts traditional specifications and codes only suits computer air mapping or traditional mapping ,does not represent spatial entity and their relational pattern , therefore, the state makes resource and environmental information incompatibily , unconsistent ,losses in the exchange course between different systems.Aiming at the problem ,this article proposes a kind of standardization mode, the study showes that the mode not only expands traditional specification but also completely represents mode properly and relation in order to provide a consistent specification for GIS data's capture ,exchange and spatial analysis.
