Analyse and Improvement to a Forward-secure ElGamal Signature

This paper analyses the forward-secure ElGamal signature,indicate that it does not possess forward-security actually.And then presents a new forward-secure signature scheme,as there needs the time period's information whether signing or verifying,even if the at-tacker obtains the secret key of a certain time period,he can not forge a effective signatures of any time period before the certain time peri-od,so it is forward-secure.This scheme base on logarithm and quadratic root hard problem.
