TO DEVELOP NUCLEAR ENERGY——A SIGNIFICANT OVERALL STEP IN CHINA'S ECONOMIC CONSTRUCTION

The circumstances of China′s energy resources development and our conditions of developing nuclear power are analysed. It is demonstrated that to develop nuclear energy is a fundamental overall step for overcoming shortage of our energy resources, and also an effective way for lightening our goods trafic load in areas deficient in energy resources. Thus the technical guiding principles for developing nuclear energy are put forward.
