Analysis of XILINX FPGA Chip Structure

Virtex FPGA chips are analyzed in this paper.The more detailed contents,including the basic structure of an FPGA chips,the Configurable Logic Blocks,the InputOutput Blocks and the Programmable Interconnect,are studied using the relative acknowledge of micro-electricity in this paper.The capability of Spartan-II chips is extruded by comparing to the other series FPGA chips of XILINX.The results of this paper offer the difference between this type of chip and the other types of chips of XILINX in the structure and the performance.
