Modeling Technique Based on ANN and Realization by MATLAB

In order to improve objectivity and justice of evaluating scientific projects,a synthetically and indistinctly forecasting system,which was based on reverse modeling,back-propagation network(BP network) and MATLAB,was realized.Results of testing show that the forecasting system can get evaluating scores accurately for scientific projects.
